By booking this appointment you enter into a contract on these terms and conditions with the 'Specialist' for his/her supply of services to you.
Please note that Candy and Bloom provides booking and administration services to the Specialists only and is not party to this contract. Candy and Bloom accepts no liability for any act, omission or negligence committed by the Specialist whatsoever.
Candy and Bloom deduct the full payment when the booking is made. If you wish to change your appointment or cancel it we need at least 72 hours notice to re schedule, or refund the money to your account. The Specialist agrees that Candy and Bloom take this payment on their behalf. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.
For bookings made for appointments at 24 hours we require 4 hours notice to reschedule the appointment on a best endeavors basis. Contact Candy and Bloom directly via email, followed up with a telephone call. It is important that we have documented correspondence in these cases.
Substitution
In the event that the Specialist cannot attend the appointment, the Specialist reserves the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute, approved by Candy and Bloom, to perform the service. Candy and Bloom will inform you of this change before the appointment.
Health and safety
For health and safety reasons, the Specialist can refuse the treatment while on site if any of the following apply to you:
1. Broken skin, cuts or abrasions.
2. Misconduct such as solicitation or harrassment.
3. Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of treatment reservation.
4. Intoxication with drugs or alcohol.
5. Pregnancy- If the treatment is not suitable for a pregnant woman.
In any event that these cases occur, Candy and Bloom may offer another appointment at a discounted price, but will not be liable to make a refund.
Disclaimer
You will be asked to sign a disclaimer at the beginning of an appointment for insurance purposes. The Specialist will call prior to the appointment to introduce themselves and ask a few questions.
Our Specialists
All our Specialists are highly qualified, experienced and carefully selected to meet Candy and Bloom's high standards. We ensure that they are fully trained in all the services that we offer and our training programme guarantees that you have the most competent Specialist arriving. All our Specialists only use products specially selected by Candy and Bloom.

Candy and Bloom Limited is a data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Children
We require a parent or appropriately appointed guardian's signature on the disclaimer form for any client under the age of 16.
Insurance
All Specialists are fully covered for personal and products liability.
